We came together as a team in early 2009 to explore the idea of building a new breed of organization, one that would meet the needs of ambitious successful women business professionals.
We set out to develop the idea of a hybrid organization - something that's never been done - an organization that would be nimble enough to change, expand, and stay current to meet the needs of our particpants.
We explored the structure of many different organizatons from local to international to learn what worked best. We developed a new structure that blends their best practices with our own commitment to simplicity.
Change to drive progress is one of our core values. That core value has provided us with the opportunity to grow, pivot, and grow again.
